Magnetic Drive Pump can withstand 30 minutes dry-running, because it has unique rolling bearing design for options. Our MD type magnetic drive pump is designed as per ISO2858 standard to handle all chemicals and corrosive liquids. However magnetic pump cannt work for liquid with many solids. This pump is suitable for clean liquid. MD type Magnetic Drive Pump has heavy-duty type like the mechanical seal type centrifugal pump also. Therefore this kind of magnetic drive pump has a wide range of working point and this pump can be operated continuously. The main structural materials of the pump are reinforced with cast iron. The purpose is to improve mechanical strength.

Strong corrosion and heat resistance:
Our MD magnetic drive pump is made mainly in FEP(Teflon), PTFE based resin, SIC, SSiC and so on. Especially, the SSIC can resist the hydrofluoric acid.
Main wetted parts: PTFE, FEP and PFA. Especially, the PFA allows high temperature liquids (up to 120˚C).
