PFA Lined Magnetic Drive Pump
PFA Lined Magnetic Drive Pump,MD type is designed as per ISO2858 standard to handle all chemicals and corrosive liquids,especially for high temp liquids. However magnetic pump is suitable for clean liquids without solids only. MD type PFA lined Magnetic Drive Pump has heavy-duty type like the mechanical seal type centrifugal pump also. So this kind of magnetic drive pump has a wide range of working point and this pump can be operated continuously. The main structural materials of the pump are reinforced with cast iron. The purpose is to improve mechanical strength.

Ranges are from compact size to our large size chemical process pump series. Strong corrosion and heat resistance:
Our MD series PFA lined magnetic drive pump is made mainly in PFA(Teflon), PTFE based resin, SIC, SSiC and so on. Especially, the SSIC can resist the hydrofluoric acid.
Besides PFA lining,FLOWSTEER has PTFE, FEP lining for options. For information, the FEP allows high temperature liquids (BELOW 100˚C).
Firstly, FEP working temp: -20 deg.c-100 deg.c
Secondly, PFA working temp: -20deg.c-120deg.c
Thirdly, PTFE working temp: -20deg.c-120deg.c
